8. Billing & Refunds
Subscription plans and pricing are described during sign-up. To cancel, follow the process in your account or email us at support@carenexusai.com no less than 30 days before your renewal date. Active term commitments may still apply.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or any misuse of the Services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareNexus AI is not liable for:
a. Indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages
b. Data loss from misuse or unauthorized access
c. Service interruptions beyond our control

You agree to indemnify and hold CareNexus AI harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
